IHB Limited, a joint venture of Indian Oil, Hindustan Petroleum, and Bharat Petroleum, has released a notification for the recruitment of 25 executive-level posts. The vacancies are available in various disciplines such as HSE, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Finance, Telecom, IT, and Human Resources. The recruitment is for their prestigious Kandla-Gorakhpur LPG pipeline project.
As per the notification, the posts range from Deputy Manager to Engineer and Officer roles. Applicants must meet the required educational qualifications and experience levels relevant to each role. The maximum age limits for these posts vary from 30 to 40 years depending on the position. Selected candidates will be offered an annual CTC of ₹7 to ₹11 Lakh in the first year.

Eligibility Criteria of Executive Posts:
Candidates applying must be Indian nationals with degrees from AICTE/UGC recognized institutes. For Deputy Manager roles, a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is required. Senior Engineers must have 5 years of pipeline or project experience, and Engineers or Officers should have at least 3 years of field-related work.
Educational qualifications include a 4-year full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in respective disciplines or CA/CMA for Finance posts and a relevant MBA or Master’s for HR. For all posts, a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in qualifications is mandatory. Final placement will be across Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, or other locations based on project needs.
