Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has released the official notification inviting applications for Junior Executive positions across various engineering disciplines. A total of 103 vacancies are available for this recruitment in the Refineries Division of HPCL.
As per the HPCL notification dated 10 May 2025, candidates must have a Diploma or Science graduate qualification in relevant disciplines. The upper age limit is 25 years, and the salary for selected candidates will be in the pay scale of ₹30,000–1,20,000 with an approximate CTC of ₹10.58 lakh. The selection process includes a Computer-Based Test, Group Discussion, Skill Test, and Interview.

Eligibility Criteria of HPCL Junior Executive 2025 Vacancies:

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have completed a 3-year full-time Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Chemical Engineering for respective posts. For Fire & Safety, candidates must hold a Science Degree along with a Diploma in Fire & Safety. A minimum of 60% marks is required for UR, OBCNC, and EWS candidates and 50% for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 25 years as on 30 April 2025. Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.
Other Requirements: The positions are open for freshers. However, experienced candidates may also apply. Selected candidates must be medically fit and pass physical efficiency tests.

Application Fee: Candidates from UR, OBCNC, and EWS categories must pay ₹1180/- (₹1000 application fee + 18% GST). SC, ST, and PwBD candidates are exempted from paying the fee. The payment must be made via Debit/Credit card, UPI, or Net Banking.
Selection Process:
The selection of candidates will be on the basis of a Computer-Based Test (CBT) followed by Group Discussion, Skill Test, Interview, and Pre-employment Medical Exam. CBT will consist of general aptitude and technical questions. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for further stages.
