Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navaratna company under the Ministry of Defence, has officially released the notification for Field Operation Engineer posts on a temporary basis. The vacancies are available for deployments in New Delhi (NCR region) and Patna (Bihar region), with a walk-in selection scheduled on 16 May 2025.
As per the official advertisement released on 7 May 2025, the upper age limit for general category candidates is 40 years, with a maximum of 50 years allowed after relaxation for PwBD candidates. Applicants must have at least five years of relevant experience and must possess a valid B.E., B.Tech., or B.Sc. Engineering degree. Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly pay of ₹60,000 in the first year, with annual increments.

Application Fee:

Selection Process:
Selection will be conducted through a written test followed by an interview. Only those who qualify the written test will be shortlisted for the interview in a 1:5 ratio based on merit. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the walk-in selection.
