Centre for Women’s Development Studies New Delhi announces Vacancies for Administrative and Accounts Officer Posts

Centre for Women’s Development Studies (CWDS), New Delhi has released an official notification inviting applications for the positions of Administrative Officer and Accounts Officer. The appointments will be made under GoI scales (VI CPC) through direct recruitment or deputation as applicable.

As per the official notification, applicants must meet educational, experience, and age criteria as specified for each post. Selected candidates will receive pay as per PB-3 and PB-2 scales respectively, along with grade pay benefits. The roles require experience in administration, accounts, and knowledge of applicable rules and software.

Eligibility Criteria:
Below, we have summarized the required eligibility criteria, such as qualification, age limit, experience, etc. Candidates are advised to review the eligibility criteria before applying for any post mentioned in the notification.

Educational Qualifications:
For Administrative Officer: Master’s degree from a recognized University/Institute with 5 years’ experience in administration, accounts, or establishment in a Government office, PSU, or autonomous/statutory body. Diploma in computers is desirable.
For Accounts Officer: Graduate degree with 4 years’ experience in cash, accounts, and budget work in a Government office, PSU, or autonomous/statutory body. Knowledge of Tally, Excel, and financial systems is required.

Age Limit:
Administrative Officer: Preferably below 35 years. (Relaxation up to 5 years for Government servants as per rules)
Accounts Officer: Up to 30 years. (Relaxation up to 5 years for Government servants as per rules)
For deputation, the upper age limit is 56 years for both posts.

Other Requirements:
Administrative Officer should have experience in personnel management, building and utilities compliance, inventory, procurement, and coordination with civil authorities.
Accounts Officer should have experience in fund management, tax filing, payroll, donor communication, and financial reporting.
