Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must have a graduate degree with two years full-time postgraduate qualifications in HR, such as MBA (HR), MSW, PGDM(HR), or MA (PM & IR) from a recognized institution with minimum 60% marks in both graduate and postgraduate levels. For the SAP/PMS role, certification in SAP HCM or HANA is desirable. Applicants should have relevant post-qualification experience in HR functions, and those with experience in SAP module implementation and tools like Power BI or Tableau will be preferred.
