The available positions range from Executive (E-0) to Senior Manager (E-5) across departments such as Operations, Maintenance, Finance & Accounts, Materials Management, and Personnel & Administration.
As per the notification dated 25 April 2025, candidates must hold relevant qualifications including Engineering, CA/ICMA, MBA, or equivalent, depending on the post. Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications
i) Operations and Maintenance: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mining, Metallurgical, Production, or Automobile Engineering.
ii) Finance & Accounts: For E-1: CA/ICMA/MBA (Finance). For E-2 & above: Associate Members of ICAI/ICMAI or MBA (Finance).
iii) Materials Management: Bachelor’s degree plus MBA/PG Diploma in Materials, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, or International Trade.
iv) Personnel & Administration: Graduate plus MBA/PGDBA (HR) or Degree in Labour & Social Welfare/MA Sociology. A Law degree is an added advantage.

Selection Process:
