Islamic University of Science & Technology, Awantipora, Kashmir has released an official re-advertisement inviting applications for the post of Project Technician Support – III. This opportunity is available under the research project titled “Artificial Intelligence Based Deep Learning Model to Predict Gastric Cancer Tumor Heterogeneity and Therapeutic Response Using Histopathology Images,” funded by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR).
According to the notification issued by the university, there is only one vacancy available. The engagement will be purely temporary and co-terminus with the duration of the project. Selected candidates will be offered a consolidated monthly salary of Rs. 30,520 including HRA. Interested candidates must submit their applications by 12 May 2025.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: Graduation in Bioinformatics with three years of work experience or Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or Biotechnology from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates with strong Bioinformatics or Computational Biology expertise.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years. Age relaxation up to three years for OBC and five years for SC candidates as per applicable rules.
Other Requirements: Candidates must have a strong background in Bioinformatics or Computational Biology. Preference will be given accordingly.
