Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Avionics Division Hyderabad, has released the official notification inviting applications for Diploma Technician positions on a tenure basis. A total of 16 vacancies are available across Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics disciplines. Selected candidates will be posted in any of the IAF/Naval bases like Naliya, Sulur, Bidar, Uttarlai, Pune, Goa, Tezpur, Jodhpur, Gwalior, Gorakhpur, Sirsa, Hasimara, Bagdogra and Srinagar etc.
As per the notification released by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, the engagement will initially be for four years, extendable at the discretion of the management. Selected candidates will receive a monthly basic pay of ₹23,000 along with allowances and other benefits. The selection will be based on a written test followed by document verification and medical examination.

1) Diploma Technician (Mechanical)-FSR: 1
2) Diploma Technician (Electrical)-FSR: 2
3) Diploma Technician (Electronics)-FSR: 13
Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:
i) Diploma Technician (Mechanical)-FSR: Full-time and regular Diploma in Mechanical or related trades from recognized institutions or Diploma awarded by Indian Air Force/Army/Navy/Coast Guard.
ii) Diploma Technician (Electrical)-FSR: Full-time and regular Diploma in Electrical or related trades from recognized institutions or Diploma awarded by Indian Air Force/Army/Navy/Coast Guard.
iii) Diploma Technician (Electronics)-FSR: Full-time and regular Diploma in Electronics or related trades from recognized institutions or Diploma awarded by Indian Air Force/Army/Navy/Coast Guard.
Age Limit:
For UR/EWS candidates, the upper age limit is 28 years as on 07 May 2025. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.
Other Requirements:
Candidates should have secured a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) in the qualifying examination. Candidates possessing higher qualifications need not apply.

Application Fee:
Candidates are required to pay an application fee of ₹200 through SBI Collect. SC/ST/PwBD and Ex-Apprentices of HAL Hyderabad are exempted from payment of fees.
Selection Process:
The selection of candidates will be on the basis of a written test followed by document verification and medical examination. The written test will have three parts covering General Awareness, English & Reasoning, and the concerned discipline with no negative marking.
