The Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL), under the Government of NCT of Delhi, has released the official notification for 116 contractual Junior Scientific Officer posts in various disciplines. The appointment will be for one year or until regular recruitment is conducted, whichever is earlier.
As per the notice, the posts are offered with a fixed monthly remuneration of ₹68,697. Applicants must possess the prescribed educational qualification and relevant experience as mentioned in the official notification. The selection process will be carried out through walk-in interviews only.
Candidates are required to submit their applications in offline mode to the Forensic Science Laboratory, Sector-14, Rohini, Delhi before 24 April 2025. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered under any circumstances.

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must possess a Master’s Degree in relevant disciplines such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Forensic Science, Biotechnology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related subjects from recognized universities. B.Tech in Biotechnology or AI is also acceptable for certain roles. In addition to the educational qualifications, candidates must have at least 3 years of research or analytical experience in a recognized institute or government department.
The upper age limit for all posts is 30 years as on the last date of application submission. Relaxation in age is applicable as per Delhi Government norms.

Selection Process:
The selection of candidates will be done through walk-in interviews only. There will be no written examination. Interviews will be held at the Forensic Science Laboratory, Sector-14, Rohini, Delhi-110085, starting from 10:00 AM. Applicants must carry original documents and self-attested photocopies on the day of the interview.
