ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute, Division of Environmental Sciences, has officially released a notification for the recruitment of multiple contractual positions under various projects. A total of 10 vacancies have been announced, including posts like Young Professional-I, Project Associate, Project Assistant, Senior Research Fellow, and more.
The recruitment is for projects such as NMSHE, ACASA, NICRA, and Enrichment of FOM. Selected candidates will be stationed in New Delhi. The upper age limit varies from 35 to 40 years depending on the post. Eligibility Criteria of IARI Young Professional & Other Posts: Candidates interested in the post must fulfill the eligibility criteria outlined below:
Candidates applying for these posts must have qualifications ranging from 12th pass to M.Sc./M.Tech/MCA/Ph.D. in fields like Computer Science, Environmental Sciences, Agronomy, Geoinformatics, AI/ML, or Soil Science.
Specific requirements include knowledge of satellite image processing, Web GIS tools, crop modeling, programming in Python/R, and database management. Preference will be given to candidates with field/laboratory experience and relevant technical skills.
