NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL) has invited online applications for the recruitment of Engineers (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, IT, Contract & Material) and Executives (HR, Finance) in the renewable energy sector. This recruitment is for 182 positions across various engineering and executive roles on a fixed-term basis.

As mentioned in the NGEL notification, all posts will be initially for a term of three years, which may be extended up to two additional years depending on organizational requirements. The upper age limit for all posts is 30 years, with relaxations applicable for reserved categories. Selected candidates will be offered a consolidated annual CTC of ₹11,00,000. The selection will be based on a computer-based test, experience score, and interview.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:
Engineer (RE – Civil): B.E./B.Tech in Civil.
Engineer (RE – Electrical): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical.
Engineer (RE – Mechanical): B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical.
Executive (RE – HR): 2-year full-time PG Degree/Diploma in HR or related fields.
Executive (RE – Finance): Qualified CA/CMA.
Engineer (RE – IT): B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or IT.
Engineer (RE – Contract & Material): B.E./B.Tech with PG Diploma in Material Management or M.Tech in RE with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD)
Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 30 years.
Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PwBD (as per norms)

Application Fee:
The application fee for the recruitment process is ₹500 for General/EWS/OBC category. SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/Female candidates are exempted. Payment can be made online via Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, PrePaid Card, or UPI.
Selection Process:
The selection of candidates will be on the basis of Computer-Based Test (CBT), experience, and interview.
CBT: 70 marks (Minimum qualifying: 60% for General/EWS/OBC, 50% for SC/ST/PwBD)
Experience: 10 marks (based on number of years)
Interview: 20 marks (Minimum qualifying: 50% for General/EWS/OBC, 45% for SC/ST/PwBD)
Final selection will be made based on the cumulative merit list subject to medical fitness.
