Indian Oil Corporation announces 200 Vacancies, Check Posts, Eligibility and How to Apply

Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has released an official notification to engage Technician, Graduate and Trade Apprentice (Technical and Non – Technical) in various disciplines at IOCL (Marketing Division)-Northern Region. The recruitment is part of IOCL’s Skill Building Initiative for the Nation, and selected candidates will undergo training under the Apprentices Act, 1961.

The IOCL Recruitment 2025 Notification was issued on 16th March 2025, and the application process will remain open until 22nd March 2025 (11:55 PM). Candidates meeting the required educational qualifications and age criteria can apply through the NAPS/NATS portal. The selection will be based on merit, document verification, and a medical examination.

Vacancy Details: The recruitment drive aims to fill 200 vacancies for various Apprentice positions. The post-wise vacancy distribution is as follows:

1. Graduate Apprentice: 80 Posts
2. Technician Apprentice: 58 Posts
3. Trade Apprentice: 62 Posts

Eligibility Criteria of IOCL Apprenticeship Vacancies: Candidates must meet the following educational and age requirements:

1. Technician Apprentice:
Qualification: 3-year Diploma in relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, etc.) with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD)
Age: 18-24 years

2. Trade Apprentice
Qualification: 2-year ITI certification in Fitter, Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic, or Machinist
Age: 18-24 years

3. Graduate Apprentice
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., BBA) with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD)
Age: 18-24 years

4. Data Entry Operator (DEO)
Qualification: 12th pass with basic computer skills
Age: 18-24 years

5. DEO (Skill Certificate Holders)
Qualification: 12th pass + Skill Certificate in ‘Domestic Data Entry Operator’
Age: 18-24 years

Candidates must meet the age criteria as of 28th February 2025.

Candidates who fail to register on the correct portal and upload documents will not be considered.

Selection Process: The selection for IOCL Apprenticeship 2025 will be based on:
