Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL), a Miniratna Category-I Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Defence, has issued an official advertisement for filling up multiple temporary positions through a walk-in interview process. These openings are for the BDL Project Office located at Bheemunipatnam, Visakhapatnam.
As per the notification Advt No. BDL/C-HR (TA & CP)/2025-2 dated 10.06.2025, a total of 18 positions are available for Project Engineer, Project Diploma Assistant, and Project Trade Assistant across different disciplines. The contract period is initially for one year and may be extended up to four years based on performance and organizational needs.
Interested and eligible Indian nationals must attend the walk-in interview scheduled on 15.06.2025. Candidates are advised to report before 14:00 hrs as late arrivals will not be permitted. Eligibility Criteria of BDL Walk-In Positions 2025: Candidates interested in applying can check the eligibility criteria, age limit, application fee, and other essential details below.
Educational Qualifications:
For Project Engineer roles, candidates must hold a First Class (60%) in BE/B.Tech/B.Sc Engg (4 years) or Integrated M.E./M.Tech in relevant disciplines. SC/ST candidates applying under reserved categories require 55%.
For Project Diploma Assistant roles, a 3-year Diploma or equivalent in relevant fields from a recognized institute is mandatory.
For Project Trade Assistant roles, ITI with NAC in relevant trades is required.
Age Limit:
The upper age limit for UR/EWS candidates is 28 years, for OBC (NCL) it is 31 years, and for SC/ST it is 33 years. PwBD candidates receive 10 years of additional relaxation. Age is calculated as on 15.06.2025.
Other Requirements:
All positions require at least one year of relevant post-qualification industrial experience in domains like naval weapon systems, system integration, testing, and maintenance.
