UPSC Announces 494 Officer and Specialist Vacancies Across India, Apply by 12 June

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially released a notification inviting applications for 494 posts across various departments. These include roles such as Officer, Specialist, Scientist, Training Officer, and more. Eligible candidates from across India are encouraged to apply online.

As per the official advertisement Advt No. 06/2025, the maximum age limit for the announced positions ranges from 30 to 50 years depending on the role. Candidates selected under these posts will receive a pay scale as per the respective post’s rules and regulations. The selection process includes merit evaluation and interview.

Applicants must submit their applications online through UPSC’s official website upsc.gov.in by 12th June 2025. The last date to print the completed application form is 13th June 2025. A nominal application fee is applicable for general category candidates, while SC/ST/PwBD/Women candidates are exempted. Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications: Candidates should possess qualifications such as Master’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, MBBS, B.Sc, BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, MD, M.Sc, Diploma, or equivalent as required for the respective posts.

Age Limit: The upper age limit ranges from 30 years to 50 years depending on the post. Age relaxation is applicable for OBC, SC/ST, and PwBD candidates as per UPSC norms.
