The Department of Library and Information Science, University of Jammu has released an official advertisement inviting applications for the post of Research Assistant in Program for the Archiving of Science and Technology (PAST) 2025-26 at the Archives at NCBS project titled “Preserving and Digitizing Marginalized STEM Histories of Jammu and Kashmir.” This engagement is purely temporary and will be operational under the Archives at NCBS collaboration.
As per the notification, the position is for a fixed tenure of 10 months with a consolidated monthly salary of ₹37,000. Candidates must meet the required qualifications and submit the application in the prescribed format by post within 15 days from the publication date of the advertisement.
