Uranium Corporation of India Limited has released the notification inviting applications for Management Trainee, Diploma Trainee and Graduate Operational Trainee posts. A total of 99 vacancies are available across different disciplines for engineering and science graduates.
As per the official notification, the upper age limit for Management Trainee posts is 28 years, while for Diploma and Graduate Operational Trainee it is 30 years. Candidates selected will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 29,990 to Rs. 40,000 during training and a pay scale up to Rs. 1,40,000 after training. Selection will be based on GATE 2025 or UGC NET 2025 score for MT and a written test with interview for DT and GOT.
The online application process is active at uraniumcorp.in and will continue until 24th September 2025. General, OBC and EWS candidates have to pay Rs. 500 as application fee, while SC, ST, PwBD, female candidates and UCIL employees are exempted. Eligibility criteria are defined by discipline. For Management Trainee posts, candidates must hold relevant engineering degrees with an age limit of 28 years. For MT in HR or Personnel Management, a degree plus PG Diploma or MBA in HR is required. For Graduate Operational Trainee in Chemistry, Physics and CRD, B.Sc with required subjects is necessary with age limit 30 years. Diploma Trainee posts require diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation with maximum age 30 years.
How to Application:
Applicants who meet the eligibility conditions must apply online through the UCIL portal by filling out the form, uploading required documents and paying fees as applicable.
The application fee is Rs. 500 for General, EWS and OBC candidates. SC, ST, PwBD, female candidates and UCIL employees are exempted. Payment has to be made online.
Selection Process:
The selection process will depend on the post. For Management Trainee Engineering, selection is through GATE 2025 score and interview. For MT HR, UGC NET June 2025 score and interview will be considered. For Diploma Trainee and Graduate Operational Trainee, selection is based on written test and interview.
UCIL trainees will receive a stipend during training. Management Trainee will get Rs. 40,000 per month during the one year training and a pay scale of Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 1,40,000 after training. Diploma Trainee will get Rs. 29,990 during training and a pay scale of Rs. 29,990 to Rs. 46,720 after training. Graduate Operational Trainee will undergo two years of training with Rs. 29,990 in the first year, Rs. 30,890 in the second year and a pay scale of Rs. 29,990 to Rs. 46,720 after training.
