Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) has released the official notification inviting applications from eligible candidates for Group ‘A’ S&T, below Group ‘A’ S&T and Non-S&T posts. A total of 24 vacancies are available under direct recruitment and absorption mode in different centres across India.
STPI works under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) and promotes IT/ITES industry, R&D, innovation and start-ups. Candidates can submit their online applications through the STPI website. The last date to apply online is 12 January 2026.

Age relaxations apply as per Government of India rules. Higher age limits are given separately for absorption mode.
Application Fee
- Group ‘A’ Post (Level-10): Rs. 1000 per application
- Below Group ‘A’ Posts (Below Level-10): Rs. 500 per application
- No fee for Female, SC, ST and PH candidates
- Fee to be paid through NEFT/RTGS or UPI as per details in notification
Selection Process
- Scientist ‘B’: Written Test followed by Interview
- Other posts: Written Examination
- MTSS ES-II and Office Attendant S-I: Written Test plus Trade/Skill Test
- Typing Test for Assistant A-I
Only shortlisted candidates after screening will be called for Written Test/Interview.
