Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Kashmir has announced a walk-in interview for temporary positions under the project on site specific apple orchard systems and nursery development. The project is funded by the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science and Technology. The interview will take place at the Division of Fruit Science, Shalimar.
As per the advertisement, the university will engage one Project Associate II and one Scientific Administrative Assistant on a contractual basis. The posts are co-terminus with the project and the selected candidates will receive monthly emoluments as per DBT and ICAR norms. The age limit for Project Associate II is between twenty one and forty five years with relaxation as per Government of India and ICAR guidelines.
Interested candidates must appear for the interview on the first of December, twenty twenty five. Applicants should bring a neatly typed biodata, original documents, attested photocopies of qualifications and experience, and two passport size photographs for verification. The application form will be available on the university website on the day of the interview.

Eligibility Criteria:
The Project Associate II position requires an MSc in Horticulture or Agriculture. Research experience in temperate fruit crops with focus on apple and qualification in NET is desirable.
The Scientific Administrative Assistant position requires a BSc in Horticulture or Agriculture. Research experience in temperate fruit crops with emphasis on apple is desirable.
