Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Kashmir (SKUAST-K), Department of Students Welfare, has announced openings for District Resource Persons (DRPs) in the districts of Bandipora, Srinagar, and Kupwara. These positions are offered under the PM Formalization of Micro Food Processing Enterprises (PM-FME) Scheme. Applications must be submitted with CV and relevant supporting documents to the office of the undersigned on or before 19 August 2025.
Eligible candidates will be required to appear for an interview on 22 August 2025 at 10:00 AM at the office of the Dean Students Welfare, SKUAST-K, Shalimar Campus. Selected DRPs will work in close coordination with the State Nodal Agency (SNA) to provide support for micro food processing enterprise proposals and will be eligible for incentives under the scheme.
As per the notification, candidates may include retired government or bank officials, insurance agents, bank mitras, consultancy firms, individual professionals, or other individuals with the capability to facilitate and provide hand-holding support to micro food processing proposals. Remuneration will be Rs. 10,000 per bank loan sanctioned plus Rs. 10,000 after loan disbursement, as per SNA rules.
