Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Kashmir (SKUAST-K) has released an official notification inviting applications for multiple contractual posts at its NABARD Sponsored Rural Business Incubation Centre (RBIC). These positions are open for a period of one year, extendable up to five years based on performance or until the project ends, whichever is earlier.
The selected candidates will be stationed at the university’s main campus in Shalimar, Srinagar. Positions range from CEO to support staff, offering an opportunity to contribute to agri-entrepreneurship and innovation in the region.

1) Chief Executive Officer (CEO): Master’s in Agribusiness/Business Management with 5 years of startup/incubation experience.
Max age: 50 years.
Salary: ₹1.50 lakh/month.
2) Incubation/Business Manager: Master’s in Agribusiness/Marketing/Social Science with 4 years’ experience.
Max age: 50 years.
Salary: ₹1.25 lakh/month.
3) Technology Managers: Master’s in respective domain or graduation with 3 years’ experience (Branding).
