Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences & Technology of Jammu (SKUAST-Jammu) has issued a notification inviting applications for the post of Procurement Officer under the JKCIP project. The position is purely contractual and aims to support procurement operations in accordance with IFAD procurement guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications: The candidate should have a graduate degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, or Management. Desirable qualifications include certification in Purchasing Management or Procurement Systems, Postgraduate Diploma in Material or Supply Management, and procurement training from national-level or international institutions.
Experience: Applicants must have at least 5 years of post-qualification managerial experience in procurement, with a sound understanding of national procurement procedures. Additionally, at least 1 year of experience in handling procurement in externally aided projects is required.
