- At least 5 published research papers in indexed journals
- Reader:
- 5 years of teaching experience OR
- 5 years of research experience in a recognized institution
- At least 3 published research papers in indexed journals
- Lecturer:
- No prior experience required
- Must have qualified the National Teachers Eligibility Test (NET) OR have an active teacher code issued by NCISM
