The Ministry of Railways has released the official short notification for the recruitment of Assistant Loco Pilots (ALP) under various Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs). This opportunity invites applications from eligible candidates for 9970 ALP posts across India.
As per the short notification released on 11 April 2025, the online application process will begin on 12 April 2025. Candidates must possess a 10th pass qualification along with ITI or Diploma to be eligible. The pay for the Assistant Loco Pilot post will be at Level 2 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix with an initial basic pay of ₹19,900 per month.
