RITES Limited has announced a notification for the recruitment of engineering professionals on a regular basis. The Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways is inviting applications from eligible candidates for posts in Civil, Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.
The organization has released vacancies for Manager, Senior Manager and Assistant Manager posts. The maximum age limit varies from 32 years to 38 years depending on the position. Selected candidates will get pay in the range of Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 1,80,000 with an annual CTC up to Rs. 21.40 lakhs.

Vacancy Details:
A total of 5 vacancies have been announced by RITES. These include one post of Manager Civil (Transport Planner/Transport Engineer), one post of Senior Manager Mechanical (Ventilation Expert), one post of Senior Manager ES&T (E&M Expert), and two posts of Assistant Manager Civil (Bridge Engineer) including one post reserved for PwBD.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates applying for Manager Civil (Transport Planner/Engineer) must have BE/B.Tech or B.Arch or B.Planning with Masters in Transport Engineering/Planning along with 5 years of relevant experience in urban transport planning, traffic engineering, demand modelling and GIS. For Senior Manager Mechanical (Ventilation Expert), BE/B.Tech in Mechanical with 8 years of total experience and at least 5 years in tunnel ventilation, HVAC or industrial ventilation is required. For Senior Manager ES&T (E&M Expert), BE/B.Tech in Electrical with 8 years of experience in tunnel E&M design is required. For Assistant Manager Civil (Bridge Engineer), BE/B.Tech in Civil with 2 years of experience in bridge design is mandatory. General and EWS candidates must have 60% marks in their qualifying degree, while reserved categories require 50%.

Candidates must apply online through the RITES website www.rites.com by filling the registration form in the Career Section. Applications should be submitted on or before 30.09.2025.
Application Fee:
General and OBC candidates are required to pay Rs. 600 plus taxes. EWS, SC, ST and PwBD candidates must pay Rs. 300 plus taxes. Reserved category candidates will be refunded their fee after participating in the written test or interview.
Selection Process:
The selection will be done through a written test followed by document scrutiny and an interview. The written test will consist of 125 objective questions to be answered in 2.5 hours. There will be no negative marking. Candidates must secure 50% marks for General and EWS and 45% for SC, ST, OBC and PwBD to qualify for the next stage. The final merit list will be prepared based on 60% weightage of written test and 40% of interview.
