RITES Limited, a Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, has announced the official notification for the engagement of professionals for the post of Resident Engineer on a contractual basis. The recruitment drive includes 20 vacancies across various locations in India.
As per the notification (Advt. No. CL/18/25, CL/19/25, CL/20/25), the upper age limit is 40 years as on 21 April 2025. The selected candidates will receive a consolidated CTC of ₹3.67 lakh per annum for diploma holders and ₹4.94 lakh per annum for degree holders. Selection will be through document verification, interview, and a final competency test.

Eligibility Criteria of Resident Engineer Vacancies:
Candidates applying must meet the following educational qualifications and experience:
Educational Qualification: A full-time diploma or degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering is required.
Experience: Diploma holders must have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in inspection and supervision. Degree holders must have a minimum of 1 year in the same field.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 40 years as on 21 April 2025. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.

Selection Process:
