Eligibility Criteria of RCFL Vacancies
Educational Qualification
Regular and full time 4 years BE or B Tech degree in:
Chemical Engineering or
Chemical Technology or
Petrochemical Engineering or
Petrochemical Technology.
The qualification must be from UGC or AICTE recognized University or Institution. Dual or Integrated degrees are also acceptable if approved by UGC or AICTE.
Experience
Minimum 4 years post qualification experience in Fertilizer industry having Ammonia or Ammonia plants integrated with Urea plants. Preference is given to candidates with Ammonia Plant experience.
Age Limit (as on 01-11-2025)
For Senior Engineer (Chemical) E2 Grade:
UR up to 36 years.
OBC (NCL) up to 39 years.
SC up to 41 years.
For Manager (Chemical) E4 Grade:
UR up to 42 years.
OBC (NCL) up to 45 years.
Children or family members of 1984 riot victims get 5 years relaxation.
Salary Details
Senior Engineer (Chemical) E2 Grade salary range is Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 1,60,000. The minimum total monthly gross salary is about Rs. 1,07,900.
Manager (Chemical) E4 Grade salary range is Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 2,00,000. The minimum total monthly gross salary is about Rs. 1,51,000.
Other benefits include company accommodation as per availability, PRP, medical facility, gratuity, provident fund, insurance, pension and social security schemes as per rules.
Application Fee
General, OBC (NCL) and EWS candidates must pay a non refundable fee of Rs. 1000 plus bank charges and GST.
SC, ST, PwBD, Ex Servicemen and Female candidates do not have to pay any fee.
Selection Process
The selection process consists of a Personal Interview only.
