Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Management Trainee Safety post, candidates must possess a full time B.E or B.Tech degree of four years or a three year degree after completing a diploma in the relevant engineering fields. In addition, candidates must have completed a one year Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety after their engineering degree. A minimum of 60 percent marks in the final year is required, while candidates belonging to SC and ST categories need at least 55 percent marks.
The maximum age limit as on 1 August 2025 is 27 years for unreserved candidates, 30 years for OBC (Non Creamy Layer) candidates and 32 years for SC and ST candidates. An additional relaxation of five years is available for children or family members of victims affected during the 1984 riots.

Application Fee

RCFL MT Safety 2025 Salary
Selected candidates will receive a stipend of Rs. 60,000/- per month during the one year training period. After successful completion of training, candidates will be placed in E1 grade with a pay scale ranging from Rs. 40,000 – 140000 per month with approximate gross emoluments of eighty six thousand three hundred and twenty rupees. Benefits such as company accommodation, provident fund, gratuity and performance related pay will also be offered. A bond amount of two lakh rupees for a period of four years including training is applicable.
