Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited has released the official notification for the engagement of apprentices under the Apprentices Act 1961. A total of 325 positions are open across Graduate Apprentice, Technician Apprentice, and Trade Apprentice categories. The application process has started on 29th August 2025.
As per the official notification, the apprenticeship training will be offered at Trombay (Mumbai) and Thal (Raigad). The minimum age required is 18 years and the maximum is 25 years for general candidates with relaxation for reserved categories. The stipend will range from 7000 to 9000 rupees per month depending on the category of apprenticeship.
Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria can apply online at the RCFL portal before 12th September 2025 up to 5 PM. The selection will be done on merit based on academic marks and document verification. Detailed eligibility, age limit, and vacancy information are provided below.

Eligibility Criteria:
For educational qualifications, Graduate Apprentice requires a graduate degree like B.Com, BBA, BA or B.Sc. Technician Apprentice requires a diploma in the relevant branch like Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechanical. Trade Apprentice requires a 12th pass, ITI or B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics depending on trade. The age limit is minimum 18 years as on 1st July 2025. The maximum is 25 years for general, 28 for OBC, 30 for SC/ST and 35 for PwBD candidates.
Apprentices will receive stipend as per rules. Graduate Apprentice will get 9000 rupees per month, Technician Apprentice 8000 rupees per month and Trade Apprentice 7000 rupees per month. No additional allowance will be provided.
Selection Process:
The selection process is based on merit list from educational qualification marks followed by document verification. Final approval will be through NATS portal for Graduate and Technician Apprentices and NAPS portal for Trade Apprentices.
How to Apply:
Interested candidates should apply online at www.rcfltd.com under the Engagement of Apprentices 2025-26 section. They should fill in all details, upload scanned photo and signature, choose the unit and submit the form before the deadline. A printout of the submitted application should be kept for reference.
