Pay Scale

Selected candidates will be offered the following pay scale:

• Pay Band: ₹23,000 – 3% – ₹1,05,000
• Basic Pay: ₹23,000 per month
• Additional Benefits: Industrial DA, HRA, and Perks @ 35% of Basic Pay
• Annual increment of 3% after each year of engagement

Candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• Full-time Diploma in Engineering in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or Fire Technology and Safety from a recognized institute with at least 55% marks.
• Higher technical qualifications like B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.E are not allowed.

Experience:

• Minimum one year of post-qualification experience in safety implementation at work sites.
