Power Foundation of India Announces Vacancies for Analysts and Associate – Apply by 15 April 2025
The Power Foundation of India (PFI) has released an official notification inviting applications for the posts of Analyst, Senior Analyst, and Senior Associate in its Research Division. The recruitment drive aims to fill five vacancies in different areas, including Research, Energy Transition, Climate Finance, and Regulatory functions. Interested candidates with relevant experience in the power sector can apply before the deadline.
As per the official notification, the selection process will include a written examination (if required) followed by an interaction/interview. Candidates will be evaluated based on their qualifications, experience, and performance in the selection rounds. The selected candidates will be placed in various capacities, with an annual pay scale ranging from INR 6 LPA to INR 20 LPA, depending on the post.

Applicants are required to attach self-attested copies of their educational qualifications, experience certificates, and salary slips from the last six months. Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates interested in applying for the vacancies must meet the required eligibility criteria:
Educational Qualification:
i) Analyst (Research) and Senior Analyst (Research): Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required, with a preference for a Master’s in Energy Management or Power Management.
ii) Senior Analyst (Energy Transition and Climate Finance): Bachelor’s degree in Engineering along with a Master’s in Energy Management or Finance is required.
iii) Analyst (Regulatory) and Senior Associate (Regulatory): MBA in Power or Energy along with a B.Tech degree (preferably in Electrical or Power) is required.
Experience:
For Analyst positions, candidates must have 0-2 years of experience in the power sector.
For Senior Analyst roles, a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the respective fields is required.
For the Senior Associate (Regulatory) post, candidates must have 6-8 years of experience in the power sector.
Age Limit: As per PFI recruitment norms.
