Oil India Limited (OIL), a Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking, has released Advertisement No. HRAQ/CONT-EX-B/25-211 dated 28 May 2025, inviting applications for Contractual Drilling Engineer posts at Rajasthan Fields in Jodhpur. The posts are purely on a temporary basis and will require candidates to work in challenging and remote locations, including “On-Call” duty.
Eligible Indian Nationals with relevant experience and IWCF Level-4 or IADC Level-4 certification can appear directly for a Walk-in Interview on 13 June 2025. The position offers a consolidated monthly salary and additional daily incidentals for field work.

Eligibility Criteria of Drilling Engineer Posts:
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Engineering (minimum 4 years) or Master’s in Engineering (minimum 2 years) in any discipline from a recognized institute.
Work Experience:
Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in drilling operations. Candidate must have worked as a Driller, Drilling Engineer, or Company Representative.
Certification:
IWCF Level-4 or IADC Level-4 Certification is mandatory.
Age Limit:
Minimum: 24 years
Maximum: 40 years as on date of registration
Other Conditions:
The job involves working in shifts in remote and hazardous environments. Candidates should have strong managerial and communication skills.
