Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates applying for the General Manager position must meet the following qualifications and experience requirements.
Qualification: Candidates must be a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Experience: A minimum of 23 years post-qualification experience in company secretarial compliance in government, public, or private sector companies, with at least 10 years in a large-scale organization. The candidate must have thorough knowledge of institutional finance, company law, SEBI rules and regulations, and corporate functions.
Candidates with experience in handling Board matters, organizing meetings, and presenting Board Memoranda will be given preference. A legal degree will be an added advantage.
Age Limit:
The maximum age limit for applicants is 55 years.
Pay Scale:
Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,80,000, with six increments on the starting basic pay. Additional allowances such as DA, HRA, medical benefits, and terminal benefits will be provided as per company rules.

General/EWS/OBC candidates must pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹300. SC/ST/PwBD/XSM category and female candidates are exempted from paying the fee.
