Pay Scale / Salary
GDMO: Rs 50,000 – 1,60,000 per month
Medical Specialist (E3 Grade): Rs 60,000 – 1,80,000 per month
Medical Specialist (E4 Grade): Rs 70,000 – 2,00,000 per month
Additional allowances include DA, House Rent Allowance or company accommodation, medical coverage, group insurance, performance-related pay, and terminal benefits as per NTPC policy.

Experience Requirements
- GDMO: Minimum 2 years post-internship MBBS experience.
- Medical Specialist:
- E4 Grade: Minimum 1 year experience after MD/MS/DNB.
- E3 Grade: Fresh MD/MS/DNB or 2 years experience after MBBS plus PG Diploma in the relevant specialty.
- Candidates recruited in E3 grade with MD/MS/DNB will move to E4 grade after 1 year of experience.
Age Limit
Maximum: 37 years (Relaxation according to government norms).
