Eligibility Criteria of NTPC Assistant Law Officer Posts
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent – full time) from a recognised Indian University or Institute.
- Minimum 60% marks required. Minimum qualifying marks for SC and PwBD candidates is 55%.
- Candidate must have appeared for CLAT 2026 Post Graduate Programme.
Age Limit:
- Upper age limit is 30 years as on the last date of online application.
- Relaxation in age applies for SC, OBC (NCL), PwBD, Ex-servicemen and other eligible categories as per Government norms.
Nationality:
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible.
Salary Details
- Pay Scale: Rs. 30000–120000 (IDA Pattern), E0 Level.
- Posting can be at any NTPC Unit, Project, Joint Venture or Subsidiary.
- All postings are transferable.
