Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited has released the official notification inviting applications from interested and eligible candidates for multiple positions including Scientific Assistant, Stipendiary Trainee, Assistant Grade – 1, Nurse, and Technician. A total of 391 vacancies are available for recruitment at NPCIL’s Kaiga Site in Karnataka.
As mentioned in the official notification of NPCIL, the selection will be based on an online examination followed by a personal interview or skill test, depending on the post. Candidates must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria before applying. The online application process began on 12 March 2025 and will continue till 1 April 2025.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:
Scientific Assistant and ST/SA require Diploma or B.Sc. with at least 60% marks.
ST/Technician must have 10th pass with ITI in a relevant trade.
Assistant Grade – 1 posts require a bachelor’s degree with 50% marks.
Nurse – A requires HSC plus a Diploma in Nursing.
Technician/C needs HSC in Science with Medical Radiography.
Age Limit:
For Scientific Assistant, ST/SA, Nurse, and Technician/C – Maximum 30 years. For ST/Technician – 18 to 25 years. For Assistant Grade – 1 – 21 to 28 years.
How to Apply:
Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria must apply through the official portal www.npcil.nic.in. They must register, complete the online form, upload necessary documents, pay the fee (if applicable), and submit the application before 01 April 2025.
Application fee:
The application fee is ₹150 for Group B posts and ₹100 for Group C posts, applicable to General, OBC, and EWS categories. SC, ST, PwBD, Women, and Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from the fee.
Selection Process:
The selection of candidates will be on the basis of an online examination. Scientific Assistant – B and ST/SA posts will also include a personal interview. ST/Technician and Assistant Grade – 1 posts include a skill test. Final selection will also require document verification.
