Educational Qualification
- BE / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engineering) / 5-year Integrated M.Tech
- Minimum 60% aggregate marks
- Degree must be from AICTE/UGC recognized institute
- Valid GATE 2024 / 2025 / 2026 score required

Salary Details
- Stipend during Training: ₹74,000 per month
- Book Allowance: ₹30,000 (one-time)
- After Training: Scientific Officer/C (Level 10 Pay Matrix – ₹56,100 + Allowances)
