NPCIL Deputy Manager Recruitment 2025 Notification Out for 122 Posts, Apply Online

Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) has released the official notification for Deputy Manager and Junior Hindi Translator recruitment for the 2025-26 cycle. A total of 122 vacancies have been announced under Advertisement No. NPCIL/HQ/HRM/2025/03. The application process will begin on 7 November 2025 and will close on 27 November 2025. NPCIL is recruiting graduates and postgraduates for various administrative, finance, legal and language translation positions. The recruitment includes a written test followed by an interview or skill test, depending on the post.

Vacancy distribution includes 48 posts for Deputy Manager HR, 24 for Deputy Manager Finance & Accounts, 39 for Deputy Manager Contracts & Materials, 1 for Deputy Manager Legal and 8 posts for Junior Hindi Translator. Candidates should check the detailed notification for category-wise vacancies.

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants for Deputy Manager HR must have graduation along with MBA or PG Diploma in HR/Personnel/Industrial Relations. For Finance & Accounts, candidates should have CA/ICWA or MBA Finance. Engineering graduates with MBA can apply for Contracts & Materials, while law graduates with 60% marks and three years experience are eligible for the Legal post. JHT candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in Hindi/English with translation qualification or experience.

The age limit for Deputy Manager posts is 18 to 30 years and for JHT posts 21 to 30 years as on 27 November 2025. Age relaxation will be applicable as per government rules.

Salary for Deputy Manager Posts:
Deputy Manager posts are placed at Pay Level-10 with a basic pay of ₹56,100 and approximate monthly salary around ₹79,662 including allowances. Junior Hindi Translator posts are at Pay Level-6 with basic pay of ₹35,400 and an approximate monthly salary of ₹50,268. Additional benefits include DA, HRA, transport allowance, medical services, PF, gratuity and performance-linked incentives.

Selection Process:
The selection process for Deputy Manager includes a written/OMR/online test and interview, with equal weightage in final merit. For JHT, the selection includes preliminary objective test, descriptive test and a qualifying computer proficiency test. Final appointment will be subject to document verification and medical examination.

The written exam for Deputy Manager posts will have negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. For JHT, objective test carries 1 mark negative per wrong answer, followed by descriptive and skill test.
