Eligibility Criteria:

For Mining Sirdar (Selection Grade-I), candidates must have either a Diploma/Degree (non-Mining) with a Mining Sirdar Certificate from DGMS and First Aid Certificate, or a Diploma in Mining with Overman Competency Certificate and First Aid Certificate. The upper age limit is also 58 years.

Selection Process:
Selection will be done on the basis of a written test worth 100 marks. The test consists of Part-I with 30 questions on General Aptitude and Part-II with 70 questions on subject knowledge. It is an objective-type test conducted in English only, with no negative marking and a duration of 120 minutes. Project Affected Persons of NLCIL Neyveli Projects will receive 20 bonus marks. Final selection will be based on merit, age, and alphabetical order in case of tie.
