The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Srinagar has released an official notification for the engagement of one Junior Engineer (Civil) on a short-term contract basis. The appointment is for a period of six months and may be extended depending on project requirements and performance.
As per the notification dated 16 April 2025, candidates applying must have a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering along with relevant post-qualification experience. The upper age limit is 55 years as on the closing date of application. The selection will be based on qualifications, experience, and interview.
Interested candidates can submit their applications in the prescribed format to the office of the Director, NIFT Srinagar. The last date for submission of the filled-in form with supporting documents is 30 April 2025. Late or incomplete applications will be rejected.

1) Educational Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute/university. Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and maintenance of buildings and roads. Experience in CPWD procedures is desirable

3) Tenure: The appointment will be on a short-term contract basis for 6 months, extendable as per requirement
