Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates applying for NFL Deputy General Manager (Marketing) post must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have either of the following qualifications from a recognized university or institute: MBA/PGDBM/PGDM with specialization in Marketing, Agribusiness Marketing, International Business, Rural Management, or related fields with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD). OR B.Sc in Agriculture with M.Sc in Agriculture in any discipline with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Experience Requirement: Candidates must have at least 22 years of post-qualification experience in marketing and sales of agricultural inputs like seeds, fertilizers, bio-fertilizers, and agrochemicals in rural markets. Experience in international marketing or fertilizer imports will also be considered.
Age Limit: Maximum Age limit is 52 years (as per addendum notification). Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.
Pay Scale:
Candidates selected for the post of Deputy General Manager (Marketing) will receive the Basic Pay Scale of ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,60,000 (IDA). Additional benefits include Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Medical Facilities, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Superannuation Benefits, and Group Insurance.
Selection Process:
