NCRTC Vacancies 2025 for JE, Assistant, Junior Maintainer and Other Posts, Apply Online Now

National Capital Region Transport Corporation has released the official notification inviting applications from interested and eligible candidates for Junior Engineer, Assistant, Junior Maintainer and other non-executive posts. A total of 72 vacancies have been announced under the direct recruitment process for various O&M roles.

As mentioned in the official notification of NCRTC, the maximum age limit for all posts is 25 years as on 24 March 2025. Age relaxations are available for reserved categories as per Government norms. The selection process involves a Computer Based Test followed by a medical fitness test. The job location may be anywhere across NCRTC offices, project units, or joint ventures.

Interested candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can apply online through the official website www.ncrtc.in between 24 March 2025 and 24 April 2025. This recruitment drive aims to fill 72 vacancies in various technical and administrative categories:

1) Junior Engineer (Electrical): 16
2) Junior Engineer (Electronics): 16
3) Junior Engineer (Mechanical): 3
4) Junior Engineer (Civil): 1
5) Programming Associate: 4
6) Assistant (HR): 3
7) Assistant (Corporate Hospitality): 1
8) Junior Maintainer (Electrical): 18
9) Junior Maintainer (Mechanical): 10

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates interested in applying can check the eligibility criteria, age limit, application fee, and other essential details below.

Educational Qualifications: For Junior Engineer posts, a 3-year Diploma in the respective engineering discipline (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Civil) is required. Programming Associate must have a 3-year Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA, or B.Sc. (IT). For Assistant (HR), a 3-year graduation in BBA/BBM is required. Assistant (Corporate Hospitality) must be a graduate in Hotel Management. Junior Maintainer (Electrical) requires ITI in the Electrician trade, while Junior Maintainer (Mechanical) requires ITI in the Fitter trade.
Age Limit: The upper age limit for all posts is 25 years. Reserved category candidates are eligible for age relaxation—5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, and up to 15 years for PwBDs. The maximum age after all relaxations must not exceed 50 years.

How to Apply:
Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria must apply online at www.ncrtc.in under the “Career” section. They need to register using a valid email ID and mobile number, complete the form, upload the required documents, and make the payment online.

Application Fee:
The application fee for UR, OBC, EWS, and Ex-Servicemen is ₹1,000 + GST and transaction charges. SC, ST, and PwBD candidates are exempt from the fee.

Selection Process:
The selection of candidates will be on the basis of a Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by a medical fitness test. The CBT will be 90 minutes long with 100 questions and no negative marking. The exam can be taken in English or Hindi. Candidates must meet medical standards as per the Indian Railway Medical Manual.
