The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has officially released a notification for the engagement of Executive positions in various disciplines on contract basis under regular scale. A total of 8 vacancies are available for roles such as Executive in Transport Planning, Legal, Planning, Corporate Communications, and Corporate Hospitality.
According to the official notice released on 13 June 2025, the maximum age limit for these posts is 35 years. The selected candidates will be appointed on a contractual basis initially for five years, extendable depending on organizational requirements. They will be offered a pay scale of Rs. 30000–120000 as per IDA norms.

Eligibility Criteria of NCRTC Executive Vacancies:

Educational Qualifications:
For Transport Planner: BE/BTech/B.Plan (Full-Time) with preference for PG/Master’s in Transport Planning or Engineering.
For Legal: LLB (Full-Time) with 3 years of post-qualification experience in court case handling, legal drafting, and arbitration.
For Planning: BE/BTech (Civil) with PG in Construction Management or Planning. Certifications in Primavera, Power BI, Tableau preferred.
For Corporate Communications: Graduate with PG/Diploma in Mass Communication or Journalism (Full-Time).
For Corporate Hospitality: Graduate in Hospitality and Hotel Administration/Hotel Management (Full-Time).
Age Limit:
The maximum age limit for all posts is 35 years as on 13 June 2025. Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.
Other Requirements:
All applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in relevant fields. Preference will be given to candidates with public sector experience and relevant certifications. Experience requirements and salary history must be verifiable via documents.

Selection Process for NCRTC Executive Posts 2025:
The selection of candidates will be on the basis of a written test/CBT followed by an interview. The written test carries 80% weightage and the interview carries 20%. Final merit list will be based on combined scores. The minimum qualifying marks are 60% for UR/OBC/EWS and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD.
