The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, has invited applications for filling up multiple vacancies on a deputation basis. The available posts include Joint Registrar, Deputy Registrar, and Assistant Registrar across various NCLT benches in India.
As per the official notification dated 21 May 2025, a total of 11 posts are available. The pay levels for these posts range from Level-11 to Level-13 as per the 7th CPC. The maximum age for applicants should not exceed 56 years as on the closing date. The period of deputation will be initially for three years.

Educational Qualifications:
For all posts, candidates must possess a Degree in Law from a recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
Joint Registrar: Holding analogous post or 5 years regular service in Level-12 or 10 years in Level-11 with experience in personnel and administrative matters.
Deputy Registrar: Holding analogous post or 5 years regular service in Level-11 with administrative or court-related experience.
Assistant Registrar: Holding analogous post or 5 years in Level-9/10, or 6 years in Level-8, or 7 years in Level-7 with relevant experience.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation is 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
