- Anchor: Bachelor’s degree in any subject with fluency in Hindi/English.

- Production Assistant (Audio): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a Diploma in Media (Audio-Radio Production) and two years of experience.
- Graphic Assistant/Artist: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or any bachelor’s degree with a Diploma in Graphics & Animation with two years of experience.
- Video Editor: Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication or any bachelor’s degree with a Diploma in Video Editing with two years of experience.
- Cameraperson: 12th pass with a Diploma in Cinematography and three years of experience.
- Sound Recordist: Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Sound Engineering, or B.Tech in Electronics & Communication with two years of experience.
