NALCO Graduate Engineer Trainee Recruitment 2026, Apply Online for 110 GET Posts

NALCO has announced 110 GET vacancies in Mechanical, Electrical and Chemical disciplines. Engineering graduates with valid GATE 2025 scores can apply online.

National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) has released the official notification inviting applications from interested and eligible candidates for Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) posts. There are 110 vacancies open for the mentioned positions.

Candidates with a full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology can apply online. The online application process will start on 02 January 2026 and will close on 22 January 2026. Selection will be based on GATE 2025 marks followed by a personal interview.

Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per rules:

  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC (NCL): 3 years
  • PWD (UR): 10 years
  • PWD (OBC): 13 years
  • PWD (SC/ST): 15 years

Final year students may also apply subject to conditions.

Salary and Pay Scale


  • Training Period Pay Scale: Rs. 40,000 – 3% – Rs. 1,40,000
  • Starting Basic Pay: Rs. 40,000 per month
  • Dearness Allowance, PRP, Medical, Accommodation and other benefits as per rules
  • After successful training: Absorption as Assistant Manager in Pay Scale Rs. 60,000 – 3% – Rs. 1,80,000 with one increment

Selection Process


  • Selection will be based on GATE 2025 marks
  • Shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview
  • Weightage: 90% GATE marks and 10% Interview
  • Only GATE 2025 papers ME, EE and CH are valid
