Eligibility Criteria of NABARD Development Assistant Vacancies

Salary Details
The pay scale for Development Assistant is Rs. 20,700 – 55,700. The initial monthly gross salary is approximately Rs. 46,500 including allowances. Other benefits include DA, HRA, transport allowance, medical facilities, pension scheme and promotion opportunities.

Selection Process
The selection process consists of three stages. The preliminary examination is qualifying in nature. Candidates who qualify will appear for the main examination. Shortlisted candidates will then undergo a Language Proficiency Test. Final selection will be based on marks obtained in the main examination only.
