2. Register as a new user by clicking on “New User / Sign Up” and complete the OTP-based verification.
3. Log in using the generated username and password, then complete the One-Time Registration (OTR) form.
4. Select the “Active Advertisement” tab and click “Apply” for the Junior Engineer (Electrical) posts.
5. Carefully fill in all required fields and upload a recent passport-size photograph (20-50 KB, 4.5 x 3.5 cms) and a clear signature (10-20 KB, 1.5 x 3.5 cms).
6. Upload a valid Category Certificate (if applicable) and other supporting documents such as your educational certificates and domicile certificate.
7. After verifying all details, submit the online application. Once submitted, the form cannot be edited.
8. Take a printout of the submitted application form and keep it for future reference.
