Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess:
Two years Draftsman Training Course Certificate or Diploma from any Government recognized Institute.
Domicile Requirement
Applicants must be domiciles of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and must possess a valid domicile certificate issued before the last date of application submission.
