Jammu & Kashmir Milk Producers’ Co-operative Limited (JKMPCL) has released the official notification inviting applications for various contractual and full-time positions in its Srinagar division. A total of 12 posts are available for Veterinary Doctor, Procurement Incharge, Sales & Marketing, and Pilot Salesman.
As per the notification, the maximum age limit for all positions is 35 years as on 31 March 2025. These vacancies are open under the Snowcap brand for the Srinagar region, and the employment includes both permanent and contractual roles. The selection will be based on educational qualifications, relevant experience, and performance.

Eligibility Criteria:

For the post of Veterinary Doctor, candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in milk procurement or dairy-related industry.
Procurement Incharge requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Agriculture, Dairy Technology, or Veterinary Science along with a postgraduate degree in management, rural management, or rural development. A minimum of 3 years of work experience in milk procurement is mandatory.
Sales & Marketing applicants must possess a Master’s degree in Business Administration (marketing/sales) or a PGDBA in Marketing/Sales. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in FMCG, dairy, or food industry is essential.
For Pilot Salesman, candidates must be graduates in any stream with at least 1 year of experience as a salesman in FMCG, dairy, food, or similar sectors.
