Islamic University of Science & Technology, Kashmir has issued an employment notice inviting online applications from domiciles of Jammu & Kashmir for the post of Junior Technical Assistant at its AICTE IDEA Lab. The engagement will be purely on a contractual basis.
According to the official notice, the selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of ₹29,200. Applicants must hold a B.Tech or B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline with at least 55% marks. In addition, candidates should have at least one year of hands-on experience in embedded systems, IoT, PCB designing, and operation of lab equipment as specified in the notification.
The online application form will be available from 12 August 2025 and must be submitted by 26 August 2025. Candidates must also submit the hard copy of the form along with self-attested documents to the AICTE IDEA Lab, IUST Campus-III by 30 August 2025.

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must possess B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Instrumentation, Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline from a recognized university/institute with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent GPA. They must also have at least one year of experience in embedded systems, IoT interfacing and protocols, PCB design, and operation of CNC machines, 3D printers, and other lab equipment. Knowledge of safety protocols for lab equipment is also required.
